HEART TO EARTH
Reconnect with the wisdom of the Andes through plants, ceremony, community and slow living.
More than a journey.
A way of remembering.
Heart to Earth is the signature collection of
cultural immersions created
by Sumaq ÑAWI
These are intimate journeys through Peru, created in collaboration with Indigenous families,
herbalists and local communities who continue to care for the traditions, plants and landscapes they call home.
Rather than observing these cultures from the outside, participants are invited to
learn through genuine human connection, shared experiences and everyday life.
Every immersion is designed around three pillars:
People.
Meeting the families and knowledge keepers
who continue to preserve ancestral traditions.
Plants.
Learning directly from the landscapes where medicinal plants grow
and the people who have cared for them for generations.
Place.
Walking the mountains, forests and villages
where this knowledge still belongs.

Four Days with
Don Vicente Quipe
Living alongside a Q'ero family in his community.

At Sumaq Ñawi,
we believe that knowledge cannot be separated from the people who carry it or the land where it was born.
