I've always believed that travelling is one of the most beautiful ways to understand both the world and ourselves.

I left my home country when I was twenty and began travelling through different cultures, searching for something I couldn't quite put into words. Along the way, I discovered that every person carries a story, and that every story is a world of its own.

During my time in India, where I studied Ayurveda, I learned that growth doesn't only come from travelling. It comes from staying curious, from listening and from being open to different ways of understanding life.

Then Peru changed something in me.

It made me realise that the way we often travel can be surprisingly superficial. We visit beautiful places, take photographs and move on, without ever truly meeting the people who call those places home.

But when we slow down...
when we share a meal...
when we sit together and simply listen...

something shifts.

Not only do our eyes open.

Our hearts do too.

That is why I created Sumaq Ñawi.

Not simply to organise journeys, but to create spaces where genuine human connection can happen. Where people don't just discover a destination, but leave transformed by the relationships they build along the way.

Because, in the end, I don't believe places are what stay with us.

People are.
